We have stayed at this location on two separate occasions now, while visiting Carowinds. The staff are friendly, the property is clean, and the breakfast is a huge plus! Especially with 4 kids. They were very accommodating and offered us a room on the bottom floor once they saw us bringing our stuff in with the kids. We were sad that the pool was closed for maintenance this most recent time. But, no complaints at all! This is definitely my hotel of choice for future visits.

Breakfast soft beds n pillows ...the desk clerk is always so nice , courtesy and always so helpful I told him I was coming to get coffee in lobby when I unpacked he said in 10 min I will have you some fresh coffee and that he did ...

The location was perfect right off the highway. The breakfast was good except for the eggs. Hash brown potatoes would have been better and easier to keep warm the other selections for breakfast was good.

Upon entering It smelled super clean walking in room was very neat and clean all toiletries were provided and staff was very friendly, Pool was easy to access and the breakfast was great.Matt made sure we were taken care of in every way

The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was absolutely great! The free breakfast was delicious. The main guy from the front desk (Matt?) responded immediately and fixed the AC the first time it wasn't working.

it’s right across the highway from Carowinds, near restaurants and gas stations. it was affordable, and the breakfast was fantastic. There were fresh scrambled eggs and sausage and a waffle maker, plus fruit and yogurt and cereal for picky eaters.

It was Cole’s to Carowinds and we went there! Clean and had a continental breakfast!
