The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was absolutely great! The free breakfast was delicious. The main guy from the front desk (Matt?) responded immediately and fixed the AC the first time it wasn't working.

it’s right across the highway from Carowinds, near restaurants and gas stations. it was affordable, and the breakfast was fantastic. There were fresh scrambled eggs and sausage and a waffle maker, plus fruit and yogurt and cereal for picky eaters.

Upon entering It smelled super clean walking in room was very neat and clean all toiletries were provided and staff was very friendly, Pool was easy to access and the breakfast was great.Matt made sure we were taken care of in every way

Reception was very warm and welcoming. Could not have been more helpful. Room clean and comfortable with everything one would need. Breakfast a real bonus.

Bode was extremely nice and greeted us at the door. He was very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Carowinds I’m definitely staying at Quality inn.
